Claire McCullough, residential real estate broker with Fonville Morisey Realty has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation by the Seniors Real Estate Specialists Council. 

The Council focuses on buyers and sellers who are aged 55 and older.  The training for the designation includes coverage of the various types of 55+ housing: active adult communities, independent living retirement communities, assisted living, continuing care and so on, as well as age-related legal and financial issues with taxes, reverse mortgages, trusts, probate, and tax-deferred 1031 exchanges.
